SPECIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Captain Floor in a restaurant with a similar concept (casual/lifestyle dining).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and coordinate the service team in daily operations.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional appearance, with the ability to deliver friendly and responsive service to guests.
- Solid understanding of restaurant service standards, including complaint handling, product knowledge, and table service.
- Willing to work in a shift-based schedule.
