Pippo aims to introduce the heart of Italian drinking and eating culture where patrons will be walked through and fill themselves up like one, by incorporating the aperitivo and digestivo repertoire for a wholesome dining experience. An orchestrated bar - decked with fine selections of Tuscan varietals, Old and New World wines, bitters, Vermouths and Grappa - will be made available for those wanting to unwind and loosen up over mid-afternoon aperitivo.
