“Italians don't rush meals. The dining table is where stories are shared and relationships are strengthened,” said Mikael Mirdad, Founder of Biko. “When we created Pippo Italian, our goal wasn't simply to serve authentic food. We wanted to create a place where people genuinely enjoy spending time together.” The aim reflects throughout the dining experience.
