Encore is BIKO’s dining destination led by Chef Rui Yamagishi, Managing Partner Banny Parasutha, and Pastry Chef Nabila Yoestino, marking the trio’s third restaurant together under the group. It brings together European-inspired cooking and Asian influences through a flexible à la carte menu, thoughtful wine lists, and a menu designed for sharing.

At the heart of it is Rui’s cooking: layered, deeply flavorful, and built around umami. Each dish comes from careful thought during the process, with techniques and components working alongside one another.
