HOUSE RULES
- Firearms, sharp objects and illegal drugs are strictly prohibited.
- All acts of theft, racial discrimination, gambling, transactions and/or consumption of illegal drugs, as well as verbal and/or non-verbal harassment within the outlet will be subject to strict sanctions in accordance with applicable law.
- Outside food & drinks are not allowed in.
- Customers under the age of 17 are permitted to enter until 9 PM and/or have to be under the supervision of a parent/legal guardian.
- Customers under the age of 21 are not permitted to purchase and consume alcoholic beverages in the outlet.
- BIKO is not responsible for any damages/losses of customers' belongings in the outlet.
MEMBERSHIP
- BIKO Membership is an exclusive Loyalty Program created by BIKO to provide more seamless experiences for every BIKO customer.
- Customers can register themselves in the BIKO Membership app on iOS / Android devices.
- Customers are required to provide valid and accurate personal information upon registration.
- Customers must activate their membership by verifying the phone number registered via OTP.
- BIKO Membership accounts and their privileges are non-transferable to others.
- Fraudulent activities or illegal/prohibited activities may result in the termination of the member's membership program.
- Benefits and points accumulated under the membership are promotional and have no cash value.
- By registering themselves in the BIKO Membership Loyalty Program app, each member is deemed to have read, understood, agreed, and is bound by the applicable terms and conditions.
- By participating in the BIKO Membership Loyalty Program, each member is deemed to agree and allow BIKO to communicate in all forms of information or promotions to members via push notifications, emails, letters, text messages, and telephones as needed. BIKO will maintain and keep the confidentiality of member’s data in accordance with applicable laws and regulations in Indonesia.
- BIKO maintains the right to amend, change, or substitute the terms & conditions related to the Loyalty Program from time to time without prior notice.
- BIKO reserves the right to clarify the member’s ID, terminate, discontinue, or cancel the membership at any time and in its sole discretion without prior notice.
- Under no circumstances shall BIKO entities be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the BIKO Membership Loyalty Program, even if any or all of the BIKO entities have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
POINTS & REWARDS
- Points earned by each member are calculated based on the total transactions (before tax & services) that occur at each BIKO outlet using the BIKO Membership account.
- Points that are given as a reward from BIKO are limited to redeem rewards only.
- Points have a validity period of 1 (one) year from the end of the transaction month. Points will be automatically forfeited if they are not used / functional during the validity period.
- BIKO has the right at any time (including, but not limited to, where members do not qualify for certain benefits or points in accordance with the rules of this program), BIKO can make corrections (i) the number of points or the number of expenses credited to the member's account, and (ii) other benefits that have been credited to a member's account, including, but not limited to, any membership tier.
TIER & BENEFITS
- BIKO Membership Loyalty Program has three tiers. The three tiers are described as follows:
- Patron
All customers who have registered as new members will get the Patron Tier. - Friend
To reach the Friend tier, customers must make a minimum spending of IDR 5 million in one year. Members who reach the min. spending will automatically be upgraded by one tier by the system. - Family
To reach the Family tier, customers must make a minimum spending of IDR 20 million in one year. Members who have reached this level will have extra benefits and services for every transaction across all BIKO outlets.
- There will be a Tier Review every 31 December each year. All Patron & Friend members who cannot maintain their tier minimum spending will be downgraded by one tier.
- All tiers of total spending will be reset every 1 January of each year.
- Privileges and benefits will be activated immediately upon successful registration.
- Every benefit and service that has been provided for each tier in the BIKO Membership Loyalty Program has been determined by BIKO as appropriate and cannot be contested.
- BIKO reserves the right to change or modify membership benefits at any time without prior notice.
