“After opening multiple outlets, our storage room was so full that we could barely walk in. So we came up with an idea: make another where we could throw all things together and put them up, and that’s when Duck Down Bar was born. We literally threw away everything, not only things from the office, but also a lot of personal collections from home. It gives a sense of freedom and recklessness that defines the bar,” said Mikael Mirdad, Founder of Biko.

Tucked beneath street level, Duck Down Bar embraces its distinctive character with bold posters, eclectic memorabilia, and rock ‘n’ roll influences. Dedicated programs such as Special Mondays, Wednesday Matchmaking, Thursday Karaoke Nights, and weekend alternative DJ sets bring a different rhythm each night, encouraging interaction and a sense of shared experience among guests.
